This website hosts a private research tool used by Tushar Debnath, a freelance video editor, to find YouTube creators who may be interested in video editing services. It is not a public app: there are no user accounts, and nobody signs in with Google or YouTube. The only person who uses the tool is its operator.
YouTube API Services
This tool uses YouTube API Services. YouTube's data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The tool does not request access to anyone's YouTube or Google account and holds no account authorizations.
What information is collected
- Public channel information from the YouTube Data API: channel name, public subscriber and view counts, country (if the channel shows one), and the titles, descriptions and public statistics of recent public videos.
- Public business contact details that creators publish themselves, such as an email address on their channel or website.
- The tool's own notes about each channel: whether it fits the editing services offered, a relevance score, and a record of any contact made.
Scores and other figures the tool works out for itself (such as a style fit or lead score) are its own estimates, shown only to its operator and labelled as the tool's own, never as YouTube statistics.
No information is collected about YouTube viewers, and no private or non-public data is accessed.
How it is used
The information is used only to decide which creators might be a good fit for video editing services and to contact them about those services. Public titles and descriptions are analysed by an AI service (Anthropic) to judge a channel's topic and style. The information is never sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
How long it is kept
- Data obtained from YouTube API Services is refreshed at least every 30 days, or deleted. Detailed per-video data is deleted after 30 days.
- The tool's own notes (a channel's ID, the decision made about it, and any contact history) are kept so the same creator is not contacted twice.
- Anyone who asks not to be contacted is added to a permanent do-not-contact list, which is kept for that purpose only.
Security
The information is stored on a private server with restricted, password-protected access over an encrypted connection.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, used only to keep the operator signed in to the private dashboard. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your choices
If you are a creator and would like your information removed, or would like not to be contacted, please get in touch by email at contact@outreach-leads.tech. Requests are handled promptly. You can also manage what YouTube shares through your Google account settings.
